A little bit of elbow grease? No, these covers were very dull due to the lacquer peeling off and mild corrosion. a run through in the vapour blaster to remove the lacquer, wet & dry work with a DA sander and a bit of time on the buffing wheel and a vast improvement.
A straightforward job to blast and paint this Triumph Bonneville frame.......until finding the side-stand lug has been ground off! A new lug has been ordered by the customer so a bit of careful work with a die grinder needed.
Rear sub frame in primer, but note the original weld spatter!
